Top 6 – Ten Minute Workouts For Keeping Fit This Autumn!

Health & Fitness / Monday, November 2nd, 2020

Workouts don’t need to be hours at a time. You can fling on a ten minute workout when you get up in the morning to get that blood pumping, or in the evening while you’re waiting for your dinner to come out the oven, or any part of the day when you find yourself with a bit of spare time. These particular workouts are ideal if you have limited space or don’t want to be jumping around for ages and disturbing downstairs neighbours.

Go on, give these a try, double up, triple up if you’re feeling energetic, but try and get at least one completed in the day just to keep the body ticking over. You’ll feel much better afterwards!!

Full Body Workout by Mr and Mrs Muscle

There are tons of workouts to choose from here and with modifications provided, you can start at beginner level and work your way up as your fitness increases. These are great workouts and I always feel fantastic afterwards. They are tough, but you can do it!!

10 min NO JUMPING CARDIO FAT BURN by MadFit

Check out all of Madfit’s workouts in her playlist as they are awesome and cover everything you need! I love these workouts, they are clear and easy to follow and I am usually a sweaty mess after them! Try out this 10 minute blast and you’ll be glowing afterwards!!

10 Minute Standing ABS WORKOUT // No Equipment by Heather Robertson

I love this workout, and tend to do this before I have my shower, no equipment and I kind of tippy toe the high knees so I’m not banging, which I think makes it a little more strenuous!

Victoria’s Secret Model Workout: 10-Minute Fat-Blasting Circuit by Pop Sugar Fitness

Oh boy, did I feel this the next day! It looks pretty easy, but the focus on the legs is intense. Very easy to follow and fun too, I feel quite graceful doing this workout… I might even get a tutu!

Bowflex® Bodyweight Workout | Eight-Minute At-Home Ab Workout by Bowflex

Ok, so technically this is 8 minutes, but perhaps lie on the floor for the last 2 minutes to recover!! This is a fab ab workout, each with an alternative if you’re finding it tough to begin with.

10-Minute Full-Body P90X Workout With Tony Horton by Popsugar Fitness

This is not for the faint hearted, but if you want a challenge, give this a go. I still modify as I can not do a burpee to save myself (can’t seem to jump back for some reason) and I find I rest on my knees for some of the push ups, but if you’re feeling fit and want to push yourself, even just for 10 minutes, then anything with Tony Horton is going to get the heart rate up!
