We all have favourite places, either those we’ve been to or maybe somewhere we would love to visit. For me, many of the best places fall into both categories – somewhere I’ve been before and would love to go back to.

Near the top of the list has to be Surfer’s Paradise in Queensland, Australia. Passed through there in my backpacking days but the weather was a bit ropey so didn’t stay long and probably didn’t see the place at it’s best, so definitely plan to return one day, take a bit of time to really get to know the place. In the meantime, have to make do with looking at the pictures….
