It’s getting close to planning outfits for Christmas & New Year’s Eve parties and I found this tutorial from honestlywtf.com for jewelled heels that just screams “make me”.

So easy, just a pair of heels, selection of rhinestones, glue and your on your way to a pair of chic designer style shoes that won’t break the bank.
