Carrot, apple, ginger and celery juice, perfect for after a workout

After my body pump class this morning, I got home and headed straight for the juicer for a post workout drink (and mid morning snack!) This is really easy and delicious, you can play around with different combinations to find something what’s perfect for you!

Orange Lush – Serves 2

4 carrots
2 apples
6 sticks of celery
1 small piece of ginger (about 1cm square)

Instructions
De-core the apples, slice off the leaves of the celery and top and tail the carrots and put it through your juicer and serve over ice.
