Carrot, apple, ginger and celery juice, perfect for after a workout

After my body pump class this morning, I got home and headed straight for the juicer, for a post workout drink (an mid morning snack!)

Orange Lush – serves 2

4 carrots

2 apples

6 sticks of celery

1 small piece of ginger (about 1cm square)

Instructions

De-core the apples, slice off the leaves of the celery and top and tail the carrots and put it through your juicer and serve over ice.
