After the success of my first ever DIY Fashion project, no sew t-shirt to halter top, I have decided that my next refashion will be the T-Shirt to Shrug, which seems pretty straight forward (I think!). DIY Fashion, T-Shirt Refashion No Sew T-shirt to Halter Top

In my quest to find amazing ideas for old clothes that need a new breath of life put into them, I have had the delight in seeing so many different blogs and websites where women are dedicated in their approach to DIY fashion.
