DIY Fashion, a visit to the thrift store commences Project “Make Your Own Couture!”

I have taken a few pics of the wonderful bits and bobs I managed to find in my local charity shop, there was so much lovely stuff there I really had to reign myself in and not go mad! I was looking for some basic bits to start off with so I could begin with embellishing or adding little changes that wouldn’t require a sewing machine and I also found a oversized mens tshirt so that I could have a go at some of the upcycle designs in my previous posts. 1. SATC and the New Carrie Diaries Fashion Extravaganza!

If you’re like me, you’ve more than likely watched Sex and The City over and over again, returning to favourite episodes, favourite series or just favourite outfits. Weight Loss And Bursting With Energy

It’s been 2 months now since we made the decision to change to a clean vegan diet. It feels like it’s been a lot longer, not in a bad way, just in the way that it has come so naturally to us. I really thought it would be a much harder transition to eradicate all animal products and processed foods from our daily diet, but it’s been the opposite.  We practically live in our local fruit and veg market and we can honestly say that we never throw any food away any more as we prepare all our meals fresh […]
