Fitness Inspiration, what motivates you to work out?

In my late teens/early twenties going to the gym became a social outlet for me. ¬†Working odd shift patterns meant that when everyone else was at work, I was left to entertain myself and the gym was the best way to focus my energy and avoid becoming a recluse! Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins (Clean & Vegan)

I was amazed at how tasty these turned out, usually my first attempt at baking things, doesn’t always quite go to plan, but I’m taking these as a triumph! Remember you can double up on the recipe and make a big batch of them, they’ll freeze perfectly well, the batch I made turned out 12 muffins and they were a nice size as well. No bake Energy Balls, afternoon snack quandary…

I’ve been making these delicious no bake energy balls for our afternoon snacks (or early morning pre -gym snack), and don’t get me wrong they are truly delicious (recipe to follow) but I’m on the look out for some different healthy treats that I might add to my new clean vegan¬†repertoire.
